DoctorZhang graduated from Hebei Medical College with a bachelor's degree in clinical sciences in 1995, received a master's degree in clinical sciences from the Institute of Advanced Military Medicine in 2001 and a doctorate in clinical sciences from Peking Union Medical College in 2008.
