She works in Hebei Yanda Lu Daopei hospital once she got her graduate degree in 2014, engaged in department of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for four years, proficient in use of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation techniques for all kinds of blood system diseases (such as leukemia, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, hemophagocytic syndrome, congenital hyperkeratosis, etc.). She has accumulated certain experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment in aGVHD, cGVHD, infection, cystitis, virus disease and recurrence
