He works in Hebei Yanda Lu Daopei hospital from 2016, engaged in department of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from 2010. He accumulated lots of clinical experience, proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of various hematopathy. Currently specialized in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, especially in children with blood diseases (such as leukemia, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, myeloproliferative disease, Fanconi Anemia, etc.). He has accumulated certain experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment in aGVHD, cGVHD, infection, cystitis, virus disease.
